Why we focus on launch
Generalist agencies spread attention across always-on performance, SEO programmes and brand awareness. That works for mature brands with steady demand. It fails founders shipping something new who need a go-to-market plan, positioning and messaging, a launch runway and demand at launch — all within a fixed window.
LaunchPointCo concentrates on that window. Our Vancouver team has spent years inside product launches: SaaS betas becoming paid tiers, hardware moving from prototype to retail, apps pushing major version releases, services entering new provinces. We know where launch calendars break — usually at the handoff between product, marketing and sales — and we build launch runbooks that keep those teams aligned.
What we believe

Our launch studio sits in Gastown — Vancouver's oldest neighbourhood and home to a dense cluster of product teams, agencies and tech offices. We host positioning workshops, message testing reviews and launch war-room sessions in person or hybrid. Clients across BC, Alberta and the wider Canadian market join remotely when travel is impractical.
Who we work with
Founders, product marketers, growth leads and marketing directors shipping new products or major releases. Typical clients are SMEs and scale-ups — not enterprises with internal launch teams of fifty.
How we engage
Scoped launch projects (four to twelve weeks) and monthly retainers for post-launch optimization. Discovery calls are free; we quote in CAD with transparent line items.
