Terms of use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of launchpointco.pro (the "Site") operated by LaunchPointCo ("we", "us"), a marketing services firm based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

1. Nature of LaunchPointCo

LaunchPointCo provides marketing and advertising services focused on go-to-market and launch work — including launch strategy, positioning and messaging, launch campaigns, landing-page conversion, launch comms and PR, and post-launch optimization for client brands. We are a professional services firm. We are NOT a startup accelerator, venture fund, crypto or token launchpad, crowdfunding platform, SaaS product, loyalty-points programme, training course provider or source of financial, legal or investment advice.

2. Domain and brand clarifications

The domain launchpointco.pro uses the .pro top-level domain to signal professional launch marketing services. It does not indicate membership in a professional regulatory body beyond our status as a registered Canadian business.

The word "Launch" refers to go-to-market activities and product or service launches for client brands — including pre-launch planning, launch campaigns and post-launch optimization. It does NOT refer to: blockchain token launches or initial coin offerings; rocket or aerospace operations; accelerator demo days; casino or gaming "launches"; or any financial product issuance.

The word "Point" refers to the sharp launch point — the precise positioning, message and moment when a product meets its market. It does NOT refer to: loyalty reward points; credit card points; map coordinates sold as a product; or fractional ownership units.

"Co" is shorthand for company branding in our trade name LaunchPointCo and does not by itself create a separate legal entity designation on this Site.

3. No guarantee of launch or marketing results

Site content describes launch marketing services, illustrative case narratives and general industry context. We do not guarantee a successful launch, specific search rankings, advertising reach, waitlist conversion rates, lead volumes, sales figures, revenue growth, return on investment, press coverage, viral uptake or any particular marketing outcome.

Launch outcomes depend on product quality, market readiness, timing, budget, competitive conditions, platform algorithm changes and factors outside our control. Case studies, metrics, budget ranges and timelines on the Site are illustrative of past or hypothetical engagements. They are not promises of future performance for your brand.

Binding deliverables, fees, reporting obligations and limitation of liability for paid work are defined only in a signed written agreement — not by Site content alone.

4. Intellectual property

Text, graphics, logos, photographs, design elements, code and the LaunchPointCo trade name on the Site are owned by LaunchPointCo or used under licence. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, scrape or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission.

Illustrative work examples use anonymised descriptions. We do not display fabricated client logos or claim partnerships we do not hold.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable Canadian law.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data.
  • Transmit malware, spam, bots or automated scraping that degrades Site performance.
  • Misrepresent affiliation with LaunchPointCo or impersonate our staff.
  • Harvest personal information for unsolicited commercial messaging.
  • Submit false or misleading information through contact forms.

We may suspend access for conduct violating these Terms or threatening Site security.

6. Enquiries and no client relationship

Submitting a contact form, emailing [email protected] or calling our office does not create a client relationship, agency mandate or obligation to provide services. A binding engagement requires mutual acceptance of scope, fees and terms in a signed agreement. Site information is general and does not constitute professional, financial, legal or investment advice.

7. Third-party links and platforms

The Site may link to third-party websites, advertising platforms or analytics tools. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by British Columbia law, LaunchPointCo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchPointCo and its directors, employees and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from Site use — including lost profits, lost data or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for Site-related claims shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (C$100) except where prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LaunchPointCo from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site or infringement of third-party rights through your conduct.

11. Privacy and cookies

Personal information collected through the Site is handled under our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, including PIPEDA consent for contact forms and six-month cookie preference storage.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions in your province of residence.

13. Severability and waiver

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.

14. Changes

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may additionally be noted on the Site homepage where practicable.
